Closing Jitters

Tomorrow we close on our new house! Everything seems to be in order and all we have to do is wait for 2 o'clock to come around. These next few days we'll be ripping down wallpaper (which I hope they didn't put up with some sort of wallpaper super glue, like my Mom) and painting. We'll be at a loss for internet for a little bit, so we'll catch up with all you soon!

ZOO Time again!

Yesterday, Jason, Mom and I went to the zoo. As always, lots of fun. But first, I have some pictures of last weeks events. When Jason and I took Autumn last Thursday, we went for a walk through the woods. Autumn was just tickled to death to by Jason.

Jason had a good time showing Autumn all the animals. She was very interested and didn't want to miss an exhibit. Mom had to go down the slide with Autumn. She's not sure about going by herself yet. Autumn wasn't quite quick enough to see the sea lions swim right in front of her. Good times had by all!

Fun Stuff!

Last week Theresa and Brian took us to Schenley Park to show us the ropes of frisbee golf. It's where you throw a frisbee and try to get it in this basket:




It takes most of them 3-4 throws to get it in. It takes me about 6-8. We had a good time though. Jason and I went back on Saturday to get a little playing in. I am getting a little better. Check it out on www.pdga.com Apparently this is a big deal for some people.

Katie also got another dog. I know, I know. But he is really sweet and gentle. They named him Spencer. He is 8 months old. I have some better pictures of him on my good camera, but I am having technical difficulties with downloading them onto the computer. Those will have to wait.

Autumn Oink Part 2 Video

"Autumn, say orange."

I can't contain myself when Autumn attempts to say orange. She must think that "say orange" sounds a lot like "say oink", because that is what she does. She tries her best to make the best pig sound she can when you ask her to say orange.



Last night, Jason and I went to the first ever "wine and whine" at the Bajus House. The kielbasa and sauerkraut was fantastic. Good friends, good wine...what more could you ask for. There was plenty of entertainment between Dominic, Jillian, Lila, Sadie and Marabelle. I also got a gentle reminder that it's been awhile since I have updated the blog. ;-) So here you go!
